ProofPath · Activation Sprint

Your docs say it works. We prove it.

Your Quickstart is where developers quit. We fix the three pages that block activation — Quickstart, Auth, and Errors/Webhooks — and ship them as repo-ready pull requests in five business days. Every documented call arrives with a runnable test proving it works against your live API.

The problem

A developer evaluating your API gives you about fifteen minutes. If the Quickstart's token format doesn't match what your API actually returns, they don't file an issue. They close the tab and try a competitor.

You never see that churn. It doesn't appear in your funnel, your support queue, or your NPS. It shows up as a signup number that never becomes an integration — and it is almost always caused by three pages that nobody on your team owns.

What ships

01

Quickstart

Rewritten and executed end to end from a clean environment. Every command run, every response captured from your live API — not paraphrased from your source.

02

Authentication

Real token lifecycle, real header names, real error bodies. The exact failure modes developers hit at 2am, documented before they hit them.

03

Errors, Webhooks or Rate Limits

Your choice. Complete status-code table, retry semantics, signature verification, and payload examples captured from real deliveries.

Delivered as pull requests against your docs repo in your existing format — Mintlify, Docusaurus, ReadMe, GitBook, or plain MDX. You review and merge. Nothing lands without your approval.

The part nobody else does

Anyone can point an LLM at your repo and generate markdown. That is precisely the problem — it hallucinates parameter names, endpoint paths, and required headers that were never real.

So we don't ship prose. We ship prose plus a runnable Bruno/Postman collection that executes every documented call against your API. If a snippet in the PR is wrong, the collection fails and we find it — before your developers do.

# bruno run ./activation-docs --env staging ✓ quickstart · create client 201 142ms ✓ quickstart · first request 200 88ms ✓ auth · exchange token 200 110ms ✓ auth · expired token 401 61ms ✗ auth · refresh flow documented `refresh_token`, API returns `refreshToken` ✓ webhooks · signature verify 200 47ms 5 passed · 1 failed — fixed before the PR was opened

That failing line is the whole product. It is a real class of bug we find on most first audits, and it is the difference between documentation and documentation that is true.
